Shaw™ manufactures laminate flooring in our state-of-the-art facility located in Ringgold, Georgia. Shaw™ utilizes a direct-pressure manufacturing process, the most advanced method of manufacturing technology in the flooring industry.

This process fuses the wear layer, decorative surface and backing to a high-density fiberboard core, creating a single solid finished flooring product that allows Shaw™ to guarantee against delamination. The direct pressure laminating process is a significant improvement over the industry standard of traditional high-pressure layering.

Sentinel
Entry level laminate with traditional three strip wood visual and moderate texture. 7mm, AC2 wear layer.

Valor
Light commercial laminate with traditional wood visual and moderate texture. 8 mm, AC3 wear layer.

Escalade
Light commercial laminate with ceramic and slate visual and registered embossed texture. 8 mm, AC3 wear layer.

Performance Composite™ Flooring (PCF) is Shaw’s extraordinarily durable laminate flooring. It offers superior wear resistance, moisture resistance, dent resistance, and structural integrity.
